And 10 minutes after I did, I was cashing in a five dollar Amazon MP3 credit in order to purchase a DRM-free version of it.
That is a big step for someone who usually insists on owning the CD for all the music he owns.

If you have insurance your provider should have a list of approved specialists that they cover which would probably be a good place to start (some are in print and others online). Barring that I would go to your general physician and ask them for a referral/recommendation.
